I offer Mental Health Consulting and trainings for organizations looking to provide compassionate support, education and destigmatization about mental illness, mental health, holistic wellness and neurodiversity in the workplace.


According to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) in any given year, 1 in 5 people in Canada will personally experience a mental health problem or illness. By age 40, about 50% of the population will have or have had a mental illness.

This means that without a doubt there are individuals on your teams currently struggling with mental health concerns or thriving with neurodiversity considerations.

Managers and HR Professionals are usually the people tasked with addressing emotional/mental distress and issues of mental illness in the workplace, however, you may have no formal training on how to deal with mental illness and neurodiversity accommodations or have no-one at your organization you can talk to due to confidentiality concerns.
